Read MoreThe disproportionate impact of Covid-19 makes it clear and imperative that both during the pandemic, and beyond, we dedicate ourselves to a movement to empower nutritional improvements in rural and urban low-income communities. This will require the sharing of scientific information, but information sharing of itself will not be sufficient. I believe we need to build grass-roots support in low-income white, Black and Latinx communities to build trust, then share information, then provide support for those seeking nutritional improvement.
